Shelley: Despite the look on his face, Scooter, our 9 year old Tabby loves his bed.  It's my first bed (and first big knitting project) but it won't be my last.  We just recently adopted a 3 year old girly girl of a cat named Cricket.

Melissa: Hi, I am a new knitter and this is my first "In the round" project. I'm so excited I just had to share. My Kitty Pi is knit with Lamb's Pride Bulky and Funny Lash held doubled. As you can see Sunny loves it! It was on the floor less than 20 seconds b/4 he was all settled in. He had been meowing and stalking me with it ever since I started knitting it like he knew it was for him. Thank you for this fantastic pattern! Susie: I finally finished my kitty bed and my kitty Gabby loves it, as you can see in the pic!  My mom is now making one for my sister's cat.  We love the pattern, thank you so much!

PD: Thanks for the great pattern. Arthur was the first of my three cats to try it out, and although he seems to enjoy rabbitfooting it as you can see, the others do prefer to lie in it.

Katie: I just learned how to knit and wanted to say thank you for the kitty bed pattern.  It is my first ever FO.
I made the bed for my "niece," Dorothy, and her interactions with it are hilarious.  I was worried about how the bed would turn out, since I used the only yarn I had -- Blue Sky Alpaca bulky wool/alpaca -- and ran out before I finished the pattern.  I was too impatient to wait for more yarn, so I bound off and hoped for the best.  Luckily Dorothy is a small cat, and she seems to have no complaints.

From Jcanmimi -- an itty bitty kitty pi!

  From Maryline

Gemma: I saw your cat beds and was inspired to make a cat bed of my own. I used Patons Merino wool, doubled, and used #11 needles. My cat loves it.  I'm so excited to make other beds for my other cats.

Chrissy: Just thought I'd share the progress of kitty pi #2 being loved by our new kitten. The first one I made was a big success, and now, as you can see, both kitties have a place to be cozy that they love!! Thanks again for the pattern!!

Sarah: Here is my snooty cat, "Senator Pockets Vertigo Calamity Persnicket Clauser, Esq." in his new kitty pi. I knit this double and on smaller needles than recommended, but it came out nice and stiff. It's made of lots of vintage wool of varying origins, some handspun, some reclaimed, and some weensy bits from the stash.

Debbie: I'm attaching a picture of my son's kitten, Moshi, in her bed, before felting, and after felting.  It was my first felted project, and I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Anneke: our store Cats Gigi and Purl resting in their precious beds

Rena': Hi, just wanted to let you know that my fur-child LOVES her kitty pi ! I heard about it on Crazy Aunt Purl's blog and had to try it. It was my very first felting project but it came out great! I'm attaching a pic of my Tassy in her Pi. Thanks again for making this pattern.

Thien Hoang: Here is my cat Smokey, checking out the two beds I made with Knit Picks Wool of the Andes.

Constance: Here is a photo of my kitties sleeping away a day of cold and snow in two kitty beds from your pattern. Mammy (in the grey and white bed) is already on your site in a different bed, the first one I made. This is about the 10th one as I make one or two every year to donate  to VA Siamese Rescue auction. Next to her is Ruffie, also a rescue kitty from Siamese Rescue. Your kitty beds have brought my own rescue kitties lots of cuddly warmth and love. Thank you!! from all of us!

Stephanie: I'm sending you two photos for the Kitty Bed Gallery of the bed which I gave to my sister for her kitties. They are modeling the bed. Huff particularly enjoys curling up in the Kitty Bed. SpitNStomp prefers to lay on top of it. I made this using Lion Brand Landscape and Fun Fur. My BIL has since folded down the sides (they are floppy) and it supports the sides much better.

Knit by Margaret Marianne: I just finished the kittybed for my cat yesterday. She loves it already :) This project was easy and fun to do, and really is a must-have for all the cat owners out there! Included is a picture of my cat Nakki ("Sausage") and her new bed.

  Bets: Cookie's new bed

Siouxz: This is LuLu. Her full fancy name is 'the Lady Loise Lusitania', she was being shy for the photographer. The yarn is Manos of Uruguay and Brown Sheep. The bed has been washed at least 5 time now.
